Hospital

Because i want to practise my English I am strating writing in this way.
I had meeting with my psychiatrist on Friday.  She asked me if i agreed to go to the hospital for treament, cause she didn't  noticed that things were geting better.
I am not shure it is a good idea, I am frightened  and don't know if I'll agree.
Give me some advise. She proposed  the hospital in Cracow.
What do you think? I have been binginig today... Of course
